Delhi Traffic Police issues advisory for Startup Mahakumbh 2024

In a bid to avoid rush in the city due to the Startup Mahakumbh 2024 in Pragati Maidan, traffic advisories have been issued in Delhi today. The biggest startup event is being hosted by the Ministry of Commerce & Industries and PM Modi is all set to address the audience. Anticipating a significant turnout from 7 AM to 9 PM, the Delhi Traffic Police has issued guidelines to manage traffic effectively and ensure smooth proceedings. Check India’s rankMore News Restrictions 1) No halting or parking will be permitted on Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, and Subramania Bharti Marg. 2) Public entry to the event venue is restricted. 3) Vehicles parked on the aforementioned roads will be towed and penalized for improper parking and disobedience of traffic regulations. Towed vehicles will be relocated to the Traffic Pit in front of Bhairo Mandir on Bhairon Marg. Most tourist-friendly places of India FacebookTwitterPintrest 4) For smooth traffic flow, diversions will be implemented at various points including Tilak Marg-Bhagwan Dass Road Crossing, Purana Quila Road-Mathura Road Crossing, Shershah Road-Mathura Road Crossing, and others. 5) Commuters are urged to cooperate by steering clear of these routes if possible. 6) Those heading towards ISBT/Railway Stations/Airports are advised to plan their journeys carefully and allow extra time. 7) It’s recommended for the general public and motorists to maintain patience, adhere to traffic regulations, and obey instructions from traffic personnel stationed at intersections. He posted on his X platform saying, “Tomorrow at 10:30 AM, I’ll be addressing the Startup Mahakumbh, a gathering uniting stakeholders, innovators, and budding entrepreneurs from the startup world. India’s strides in this arena have been extraordinary in recent years.” The Startup Mahakhumbh 2024 kicked off at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on March 18. With the overarching theme of ‘Bharat Innovates,’ the event, as per the Ministry of Electronics and IT, aims to fuel innovation, foster networking, and provide growth opportunities across various sectors.
